Domestic shipping

Different forms of national shipments are available:

1. Delivery to the Post Office of your choice.
2. Home delivery.
3. Free pick up at Calle Emilio Muñoz (Madrid).

Delivery times

Ordinary shipments are made nationwide.

Shipments to Spain (PENINSULA AND BALEARIC ISLANDS) are sent as a standard package and take approximately 2-3 days to arrive. Cocota is not responsible for possible delays due to incidents of the transport company.

Ordinary delivery has 2 options:

1. Delivery to the Post Office of your choice
2. Home delivery

IF YOU RESIDE IN MADRID and want to save shipping costs, you can pick up your package at our office between 8am and 3pm. Once your order has been prepared, we will send you an email confirming that it’s ready to be picked up and we’ll indicate the days on which delivery is available.

Shipments to the CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA have special conditions since they have to go through customs. This may entail some extra expenses (D.U.A), beyond our control, which the buyer will assume. The delivery time will depend on each customs office.

The preparation period is from 1 to 3 working days after the order has been confirmed.

It is essential that you leave us a contact telephone number. If you cannot be located, the courier will contact you at the indicated number to deliver the order to the agreed address.

Envío nacional

Distintas formas de envíos nacionales:

1. Entrega en la oficina de Correos que prefieras.
2. Entrega en domicilio.
3. Recogida sin coste en Calle Emilio Muñoz (Madrid). 

Tiempos de entrega

Los envíos ordinarios se realizan en ámbito nacional.

Los envíos a España (PENÍNSULA Y BALEARES) se envían como paquete estándar y tardan aproximadamente 2-3 días en llegar. Cocota no se hace responsable de los posibles retrasos por incidencias de la empresa de transporte.

La entrega ordinaria dispone de 2 opciones:

1. Entrega en la oficina de Correos que elijas
2. Entrega en domicilio

SI RESIDES EN MADRID y quieres ahorrarte los gastos de envío, puedes pasar a recogerlo por nuestra dirección en horario de 8h a 15h. Una vez que tu pedido haya sido preparado, te enviaremos un email confirmando que está listo para ser recogido y te indicaremos los días en los que está disponible la entrega.

Los envíos a CANARIAS, CEUTA Y MELILLA tienen condiciones especiales ya que tienen que pasar por aduana. Esto puede conllevar unos gastos extra (D.U.A), ajenos a nosotros, que asumirá el comprador. El tiempo de entrega dependerá de cada aduana.

El periodo de preparación es de 1 a 3 días laborables después de haber sido confirmado el pedido.

Es imprescindible que nos dejes un teléfono de contacto. En caso de no localizarte, la mensajería se encargará de contactar en el número indicado para hacer la entrega del pedido en la dirección acordada.
